1. No Return Policy for Customized Products
Since all cards are custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the order is printed or delivered.
2. Cancellation Before Printing
If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so before final approval or printing starts. Once printing begins, cancellation is not possible.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in case of:
- Wrong printing from our side (different name, date, or design than approved).
- Damaged product received (with photo proof within 24 hours of delivery).
4. Replacement Process
If an eligible issue is confirmed, we will reprint and send your product at no extra cost or refund the amount (as per discussion).
