All products offered by Shree Balaji Cards are custom-made. Once the final design is approved by the customer, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be accepted after printing starts.
2. Design Approval
Before printing, we share a digital proof for your confirmation. The customer is responsible for checking all details like names, dates, spelling, and design layout before giving final approval.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are mentioned clearly on our website or discussed personally before order confirmation. Full or partial advance payment may be required. Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.
4. Delivery & Shipping
We aim to deliver all orders within the committed time frame. However, delivery delays may occur due to courier issues, natural causes, or unforeseen circumstances. Shree Balaji Cards is not responsible for such delays once the parcel is handed over to the courier.
5. Product Quality
We use high-quality materials for printing. Slight variations in color or texture may occur due to printing technology, screen display, or paper differences — these will not be considered defects.
6. Refund & Replacement
Refunds or replacements are only applicable if the error is from our side (such as incorrect printing or damaged product). The customer must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product.
7. Intellectual Property
All designs, content, and images on our website belong to Shree Balaji Cards and cannot be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
8. Policy Updates
Shree Balaji Cards reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
